Creo 2.0 M010 Not working

Hello, sorry for my english if i make mistakes.

I have an issue with Creo 2.0. I installed the full package, all good, except Parametric.

Seems to run, the first window appears

Then nothing... Doesn't open ...

Creo Simulate, or others programs from Creo works.

Please help quickly. I have deadlines for this week.

I need help step by step because i'm not so good with this software.

What graphics card does your computer have?

I installed successfully Creo Parametric on other Windows... so it's a problem with Windows 8.1.

Even I have the same problem.Creo parametric alone not working.Just it Opens and closes. 

OS: Windows 10 pro

Graphics:  amd rx560x 

Pc: Acer nitro 5 AN515-42
