Creo 2.0 M020 and M050 not working with Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bits

Hi,

I have been using Creo 2.0 M020 and suddenly it stopped working. I got the windows information "Creo 2.0 is not working and must be closed"

After several trials to repair it (unisntalling the QManagement, Reinstalling the M020, Installing the M050,...) I got no way of getting it to work.

Anyone could help me? thank you in advance!

I have the same problem with an alienware laptop with same windows on. I have tried the recovery from windows previous to an automatic update, but still not working.
