Creo 2.0 M200 - licence Unreachable

Greatings all Creo admins,

got a question for all of you. Got some problem with obtaining licence during Creo install to new workstation.

Description:

- PCs connected via site (don´t know more informations about site )

     - my PC called K620

     - INTEGRA is the PC where licence has been saved (should be like server machine, but it´s regular PC)

- K620 and INTEGRA pings are ok from both sides (see cmd window below)

- Firewall was turned off

- ESET end point antivirus was turned off

INTEGRA PC informations:

- Creo is running corectly ---> flexnet is OK and licence file is OK too

Question:

Something is blocking communications and l don´t know what is it?

Could you give me some tips what to check, please?

l´m solving this problem with local PTC reseller too, but more heads know more...

Thanks all of you for your inputs.

Each of you has a part of true... problem was so simple .

Forgot to insert Firewall exceptions on LICENCE machine (INTEGRA).

      A)  port 7788 --- is 100% free in Firewalls

      B) ptc_d.exe --- is 100% free in Firewalls

l have finished my instalation and it´s ok... let´s start some useful work.

Are the Firewalls switched off on both computers?

Is the Network card of the Flexnet-computer the 1st card in the row?

(you are able to set the sequence somewhere in Windows. The one with the License MAC-Adress might need to be the 1st)

Milan,

Did you tried adding IP Address of server in client machine host file?

Check the results of telnet via port 7788 from client machine.
