Creo 3 m110 - Config export per current filter not working.

I was trying to export the Current Session config.pro, in Alphabetical order. What I got was the Current Session in As Set order.

Obviously Export Per Current Filter isn't working.

Anyone know a way to force it to export using the filters I specified?

I opened a call with PTC on this. Here's the response.

I have received your case concerning the config output. 

I did some testing and the view shows different for each setting, alphabetical, as set, and by category, but the output is the same on all settings.  I then did some searching and found this article which states the sort order is not considered during export.
