If you have a PTC maintenance contract, you should open a support ticket.
Are there any error messages?
Look for a file called std.out and open it as a test file and see if there are any error messages in that file.
Did you rename all the config.pro and config.sup and also search for creo_parametric_customize.ui and rename it to see if it is a setting issue.
Have you made any system changes that might affect your license file like changing a network card or enabling/disabling wifi on your system?

Could you please elaborate "unresponsive"? It is not starting or getting stuck on start splash screen or existing just after start and so on .........

Are you on a subscription that has expired? You will need to download and install a new license file.
How far into the start up does Creo get, Splash Screen, Creo loads, any error messages?
