Creo 4 M140 crashes when opening any file

Creo 4 M140 crashes when opening any file

I have updated to M140 from M110 but whenever I attempt to open any file (.asm or .prt), it instantly pops up a fatal error.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times with no luck.  When operating with M110, I experienced no issues.  My other users were all able to upgrade to M140 and have had no issues opening the exact same files I have attempted to open. Anyone experienced anything similar?

You may try renaming the cache directory (.wf)

 

By default it is at C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\PTC\ProENGINEER\Wildfire
