Is it a PTC error that in the download of version 20.7.1.0 inside the .zip file there is version 20.7.0.0??

in the zip file 20_7_0_1 there is the executable 20.7.0.0

in the zip file 20_7_1_0 there is the executable 20.7.0.0

Did they just make a mistake in the name of the file since the dimensions are different?
