Creo Elements direct Modelling express 6.0

Dal 20 maggio 2021 è impossibile attivare  Creo Elements direct Modelling express 6.0 (e anche il nuovo Creo Elements direct Modelling express 8.0) e pertanto è impossibile usare il programma.

Sono 3 giorni che sto tentando di risolvere il problema ma, fino ad oggi, nessuna notizia in merito da parte di PTC Creo o dalla community.

Gradirei sapere da PTC come risolvere il problema. Grazie
