I found this video:

I reloaded my dll files as show and after I restarted, Croe+ said something about the update was successfully installed.
I tried mine and I was able to load creo fine.
I don't know how to re-load the software but maybe you can switch to the validation verison?
I cannot get to the control center.
It give that same error when I try to load the control center.
In my start window, if I click on either I get the same message:
In the tool bar I don't have the Creo+ in the pop-up.
when I googled the dll file, someone posted it was a visual c++ runtime library. You can get them from microsoft.

Hi all,
On vanilla windows OS, creo+ 12.1 is going to fail (CC/creo+ will fail to launch) due to missing -MS runtime - msvcp140_codecvt_ids.dll
We have identified this issue and are working to resolve this issue by including this dll. The hope is to have this included in the production build of Creo+ 12.1.0.0 (available in December).
To resolve this today, we would ask that customers install – Microsoft VC++ 2022 latest redistributable package. This can be downloaded from MS site - https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
Thanks
Mark
