What is needed other than the license from PTC to run NC Machining?
Is NC Machining installed as default with each Creo 2 installation?
Is a separate download from PTC?
Does PTC University has tutorials to learn this module?
Is it easy or hard to learn compared to MasterCam or Vericut?
Thanks in advance,
Ronnie Shand
NC machining does install as part of the install process, the license is really what is needed. You can float this module so one license can be used on multiple installs. If you want to use vericut, you do have to remember to select this during the install time.
PTC university does have 3 axis milling.
You will also need post-processors for each machine tool you plan on creating NC tool paths for.
