Creo Parametric 7.0.6.0 is unable to open

I am using Creo Parametric 7.0 7.0.6.0

After Successful installation in my machine I cannot open Creo Parametric 7.0

Here are the errors that I faced
This App Can't run in your PC
To find a version for your PC, Check with software publisher
