I am using Creo Parametric Release 8.0 and Datecode8.0.4.0
Internal volume for fluid analysis cannot be created as no single solid surface exists as a boundary surface on one side of an internal volume (irregular nozzle orifice). Attempts to create a bounding surface have failed, including creating boundary blend surfaces and thickening them to create a selectable solid both surrounding the intended boundary and covering the intended boundary.
Here are the errors that I faced
[Internal Volume] Feature failed to regenerate.
The system could not create closed volume.
Recommended actions:
First, check the selection of bounding surfaces. Make sure all the surfaces that bound the volume are selected. Remove irrelevant surfaces from the selection. Then, check the selection of seed surfaces. Make sure seed surfaces are selected from the volume envelopes. Avoid selecting surfaces with multiple
outer edge loops. Make sure that each opening to close must be surrounded by a single surface, either a bounding surface or a fill holes surface.
