Creo Traceback log error

Creo Traceback log error

I am using Creo Parametric Release 4.0 and DatecodeM140

Creo Traceback log error- it can happen in 10 seconds or 10 minutes just by zooming or a rotation of the assembly.
Please find the attached snapshot of the error.
Please do assist the user "jean-jacques.cote@carrier.com" for resolving the issue- We are part of the admin team.

PTC Community cannot help you with any issues related to "Traceback log error". For such issues, you could open a support case on the eSupport portal if:
1) You have an active global support agreement(maintenance) and an SCN (service contract number)
2) You are on a Supported release & date-code of the product as per the PTC Product calendar.

Based on your eSupport account profile, we could see that you have already opened a support case via case C16885067. Hence, you should be able to get further inputs from the support engineer.
