PTC Community cannot help you with any issues related to "Traceback log error". For such issues, you could open a support case on the eSupport portal if:
1) You have an active global support agreement(maintenance) and an SCN (service contract number)
2) You are on a Supported release & date-code of the product as per the PTC Product calendar.
Based on your eSupport account profile, we could see that you have already opened a support case via case C16885067. Hence, you should be able to get further inputs from the support engineer.
