Creo nor setup.exe does start
Hello,
today I tried starting Creo (9.0.0.0 Student Edition), but it did not work.
Also tried running as admin of course.
So i decided to uninstall it and reinstall it. Now the setup.exe does not want to start.
When i copy the files in a virtual machine (Windows Sandbox), the setup.exe does actually run.
I also tried deactivating Windows Defender, but also this did not work.
Absolute path is: C:\Users\chris\Documents\MED-100WIN-CD-460_9-0-0-0_Win64
Restarted the PC multiple times.
All drivers are updated to the newest version.
Does somebody know what could have happend?
Greetings
Spedex

Could not really find a fix.
I tried downgrading to an older Windows 11 version, but the downgrading did not work.
Then I re-set my whole PC. I assume it would work now but I did no check cause I do not need Creo at the moment anymore and I don't want to install it just for checking this.
Greetings,

I am using Win 11 Pro (64 Bit).
also tried it with creo 7, did also not work.
Did not update the operating system nor any drivers.
Only update I did in the meanwhile between the last time it worked and now was the following: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/september-13-2022-kb5017328-os-build-22000-978-40843fca-a0be-4a60-b68b-6cb23a73a5aa
