Creo11.0.4.0 blacked out screen

My creo 11 has stopped working all of a sudden. It shows a black screen only. My last graphics update was done a month ago and creo was working fine. All of a sudden it stopped. It does work when i create a config.pro of graphics win32_gdi. which sort of tells me the issue is probably related to my NVDIA RTX 4000 ADA.
I tried rolling back a version. Then I tried the recommended driver version from PTC website. None of these worked. Finally I uninstalled and re-installed Creo. STILL it is not working.
I tried other versions of Creo (creo 9 and 10). Both these versions are working fine

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Update: It got fixed. Updated Dell Bios. Updated NVDIA driver. Updated windows. Removed all the 3rd party applications that are not as popular. Uninstalled creo and installed again. Rebooted the machine. Creo started working fine.
Thanks everyone for your valuable inputs.

Hi,

did you report the problem to PTC Support?

Martin Hanák

HI Martin,
No I have not yet. I am trying to figure out if it is a problem with Dell/NVDIA and not PTC
