We have intermittent issues with some of our users not being able to connect to the Windchill server via an embedded browser of Pro/E. Is there a standard "maintenance" that can be preformed monthly to avoid these issues from occurring?

We have the same issue. We delete the tomcat cache every night, that might help some. But it never has totally gone away.
