Error 0x06000012 Quality Agent

Hi,

when I start Creo parametric 3.0 (M110) the error code 0x06000012 appears and Creo shuts down.

I work with Windows 10.

I hope somebody's got an idea solving the problem.

Should I uninstall the Creators Update 1703?
