Since you have Creo installed, navigate to the Parametric\bin folder in your Creo installation (you can probably find it by right clicking on any Creo shortcut, Open File Location), open a command prompt there (you can do this by clicking in the address bar, type CMD, hit enter), then enter the command:
ptchostid.bat
This will tell you what Creo sees as your host ID. If it does not match 98-AF-65-73-18-FB, you'll need to request a new license file with the correct host ID.
Hi,
HOST-ID included in license file does not correspond with physical address of any network card installed in your computer.
Hi, thank you for your fast response. How can i get a license that corresponds with my physical address of my network? What do i have to do? I tried using the node Locked License Generation with the code BK800908EDSTUDENTEDUNI a bunch of times, but it just says Error after asking me for login details.

Hi,
please do following:
I will investigate both information sources and let you know what to do.
Please find both files below. I renamed the file sw_license_email_572119 to a text file, because it did not allow me to upload a .dat file.
Hi,
did you really upload file? I can see sw_license_email_572119.txt file
Inside sw_license_email_572119.txt file I can see:
Wireless LAN adapter Wi-Fi:
Description . . . . . . . . . . . : Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz
Physical Address. . . . . . . . . : 98-AF-65-73-18-FB
I can't see any problem.
Note: Maybe OpenVPN adapters are causing your problem.

Hi,
please next time send your reply to OP, It is @PD_10684929
Hi Mr Hanak
My Creo works again the way its supposed to. The thing is i use Creo at my university and need to activate the universities vpn to access their server through Creo. (I also use a program from my university, which opens Creo with their server - i never open Creo by itself). I believe there was probably a error due to the open-vpn and my local licsenz and the host ID. By using the prompt and command line you suggested i saw that the two Host ID line match. I probably did not have my vpn activated before opening creo.
Many Thanks
P
