Fatal exception. Model data damaged in Cocreate3.0PE

Hello,

I got a message about "Fatal exception"

You should find a pic about that and 2 files before and after that problem. I can't send it, I do not have customer support with ptc.

Thanks

Laurent

In many cases, this particular error is triggered by a graphics problem. Is your graphics card on the approved list?

FYI: Do not store your files as sessions. Store as .pk2, or if you have a model with a related drawing, store as .bd2

Also, it is not necessary to zip your files. They are already compressed. Using zip will not make them any smaller.

Hello,

Thanks for your tips. I don't know if my card is okay: I have a NVIDIA Geforce 9500 GT 1 gigas video ram. Driver 8.17.12.6089 . It is not at all a professional graphics card....

I will follow your mind about file type and zip.

Thanks for all

Laurent
