Fresh install of WF2- exits during startup

Hello, I have a newly reformatted system that I just put WF2 onto. Both WF2 and WF3 crash immediately during startup. The browser begins to load to the default PTC website and then the program disappears with no error messages. Any ideas?

The trail file might give some more info. They can be found in: "C:\Documents and Settings\<user_name>\Local Settings\Temp\" (fill in "<user_name>" ofcourse) File name is Trail.txt.1, Trail.txt.2, Trail.txt.3, etc. not completely sure that is the default location though... if not, do a search for trail.txt

Well, the problem seems to be intermittent now. The program will now crash the first 3-4 times I open it and then stay open for the remainder of the day.
