yesterday I added recommendations in my support account.

What and when can I expect to see something in my daily mail?

Hi Marco,

Glad you liked the video. Your email subscription should start coming within 24-48 hours at the selected time. You will see a section in the email called 'Recommendations', which will contain a high level overview of your New recommendations, displaying ID, Type, Article Title, Details (including a brief impact assessment)

Recommendations sent by subscription mail are the same I can see in my dashboard?

Yes, the email is meant to be a more active way of notification. - This way, a customer will know there are new Recommendations to be implemented.
