How do you fix a 0xc0000020 Error when I try to launch Creo 3.0?

0xc0000020 Error occurs when I try to launch Creo Parametric 3.0. Can anyone help?

Hi,

 

  1. uninstall Creo 3.0 (all its items)
  2. delete Creo 3.0 installation directory (in Windows Explorer)
  3. install Creo 3.0
