How to select multiple feature in Modeltree (CtrlKey) is not selecting the multiple feature

I am not sure, if there's something wrong with my creo settings.
I'm no longer able to select multiple features in my model tree (selecting ctrl+ features does not work).

Any configuration option need to be modified/any guess?

No setting for the CRTL+ to select multiple features.

Restart your computer. Then retry. 

Does the CTRL key work in other programs?
