I can´t add new folders to COMMON FOLDERS

hello everybody. I can actually add new folders to COMMON FOLDERS, by RMB>add to common folders. The issue is that whenever i exit PROe, and start it again, the folders i previouslly added are not there. Another thing that i notice is that some changes are being done by proe itself in the starting folder (i mean, the folder we indicate by RMB in the properties of the proe icon or access). Some folders with weird names appears on that folder... .fld, ings, n@, etc. I try to delete those folders, but they are being created again after i open proe back. I think its something related to tha problem mentioned above. Thank you very much!

It seems nobody had this very same issue??? Am i alone in the world? Well... I keep having the same trouble: i can´t keep a common folder i previously added once i close and open back pro-e. 1 - I tried several things: I changed the properties of the startup folder, in this case d:/pro-e_config 2 - I´ve created a new launch icon with new properties to launch the program and nothing... 3 - I´ve checked the config.pro file several times, but no option seems to help me. I keep getting weird folders in the working directory: N@, ettings, .fld, etc. I delete them but they appear back once i define a new working directory. Thanks

try starting proe directly from the proe.exe, which exists in <Loadpoint>\bin.

Try renaming the file "config.sup" & "config.pro" to something else. "config_sup" & "config_pro". Start again from the exe and see the result. HTH Joe

Thank you joe, again Ok, i couldn´t find a config.sup file...Should it be somewhere in the PC? jajajja I used the windows search command and it didn´t show up. I changed the name of the config.pro file i use, and opened Pro-e. I´ve added a common folder, closed pro-e, opened it again...and the folder wasn´t there. You know? Maybe this is worthless, i´m loosing a lot of time trying to add a folder there... is the only thing is not working. I don´t think this shouldn´t be resolved, but i´m waisting time and making others waist time too. I´ll forget it. It´s ok, maybe it resolves by itself sometime in the future... jajaaj So buddy, i owe a drink for your help.

try raising a log a to PTC. They should help you then.
