Importing .dwg or .dxf

I am having issues when importing a .dwg or .dxf into CoCreate 2008. The drawing loads fine and looks ok, but it is scaled down to 2/3 from the original. (i.e. a 10.00 edge measures 6.67). I have the unit settings correct, but I can't find anything that might be the cause of this. I am new to CoCreate, so it may be simpler than I am making it. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
