Installed but not running.

I've installed and patch this software creo3.0 successfuly but when i runs it, a blue coloured window with PTC parametric logo written on it) apears and disappears and nothing happens.

Hi Gaurav,

After it launches and closes, are there any std.out, std.err or traceback.log files created?  Also, are there any trail.txt files created?  If so, please open up the trail file in a text editor and see if there is any information in there.
