Intralink 3.4 date codes vs. proe 2.0 m090

Has anyone had problems with Intralink Date code F000 with pro/engineer 2.0 M090?
Is F000 a pre-release vs. M-- being a manufacturing date code release?
I am having problems with renaming parts syncing with workspace and .ddb files getting corrupt even slower response time from the server.

F is for the "fisrt" customer release. M is for subsequent maintenance releases. Intralink 3.4 F000 was really bad, you should upgrade.
