• Unable to find old datecodes of expired PTC products on Software Download web page.
• Is it possible to download installation files for products which are expired and no longer part of Standard Support policy?

• Assistance can be requested from the Support Desk to get access to an old datecode.
• Notes:
  • In Case Logger  > Please Select Release field you need to enter the actual release you have support for as you cannot open cases for old versions.
  • Enter the needed datecode in the Description field.
