Need your help! We have several Pro/E users that have developed jerky
graphics when in dwg mode. The problem goes away when the std format with
logo and special fonts is removed from the dwg. But the rest of our Pro/E
users don't have this problem using the same formats, Pro/E version,
computers, graphics cards, etc. The only difference I have found is that
these users have Webshots intalled on their computers. Disabling Webshots
does not seem to fix the problem but was wondering if Webshots (or other
software) modified any graphics settings. Diabling Norton Anti-Virus did
help but again everyone has the same version of NAV. Your help is greatly
appreciated.
