We've just upgraded our aging Xerox 8830 to a KIP 7100. So far, we haven't had a lot of issues with it, except for one.
We like to plot all of our drawings with a label. When that's enabled on the KIP, it appears that it's there, but it's just a "blip" on the drawing, so you can't read it. I figured that the problem was that the size of the label was wrong, so I jacked up the size of the label, and eventually got it to the point that the label would print, BUT now the label is consuming half the print, and it moves all of the print over. It acts like the label position is way too far to the left side of the paper, and it's actually printing out in space, when I leave all of the settings at their normal settings.
Does anyone else have the KIP 7100, and if you do, and you use the labels on prints, how have you gotten that to work?
