this is error license PTC Creo Elements/Direct Drafting work not good, plz help me with informations below.
Last time we install Creo Elements/Direct Drafting version: 18 and managed license version 20.0 in win 7 - 32 bit this license and software working good. about 30 day Customer update win 10 -64 bit and install Creo Elements/Direct Drafting version: 18 and managed license version 20.0, some times license manager working some time it not working (we have many error).
Plz help me support this problem.

But i am useing Creo element/direct drafting verson 18.0 not 18.1 .
So win 10 64bit can support the verson 18.0 ?
According to Creo™ Elements/Direct™ Drafting 18.1 System Requirements, the 18.1 is supported by win8(x32).
But according to Creo™ Elements/Direct™ License Server 20.0 System Requirements, tje 20.0 is only supported by win10(x64).
Are you using win10(x32)?
i am using win10(x64).
Unfortunately, CED 18.0 does not support Windows 10
Therefore, you may encounter a License Error when using CED 18.0 with Windows 10.
