Licensing error launching student ed. of Creo 3.0 for the first time

No problems with the download. When I initialized Creo I received this error:

After that the program closes. I have others in my class that have the same problem. Any help would be appreciated.

When you scroll down underneath that error what does it say?

complete text of the warning is saved in std.out file located in Creo startup directory.

The name of the license must be properly set in parametric.psf file in Creo installation bin subdirectory.

But I believe that is exactly what he suggested: Creo Parametric 3.0 has not been configured - see CS198207
