Hello,
I successfully downloaded and licensed my creo 2.0 software. However, none of the products will open. One says something like 'licensing error 26'. I've uninstalled it, reinstalled it, deleted and readded my license.....
I have no idea what is going wrong.
Will someone please help?

Requiring support help for install is fairly common. One of the reasons this can happened is that your mac address is not configured as you think. It took PTC support to correct this on my 1st install as well. It required registry tweaks. For some reason, the MAC address ID tool picked up my router instead of my internal NIC. The router also had priority in Windows Funny thing is, my internal ID was device 2 and the router was device 12. Device 12 was seen as device "1".
