Hello
I have currently install flexlm 11.16.2.1 in our windows server 2012.
Everything is working perfectly fine when i start Creo 6 and it can pick up the licenses i have and i can do my work.
However, when i start CREO 4 i am getting this error.
This only happen to CREO 4 but other than that, everything i working accordingly.
any tips that can help me solve this issue?

-96 error is sometimes related to firewall running on license server. Try disabling firewall temporarily and test Creo 4.0 start.

it seems to me that -96 error is also related to server identification.
If license.dat on license server contains server name in SERVER line, then parametric.psf in Creo 4.0 installation must contain 7788@name.
If license.dat on license server contains server IPadddress in SERVER line, then parametric.psf in Creo 4.0 installation must contain 7788@IPadddress.
