How are you managing your Pro/E data? If you are using Pro/INTRALINK or
PDMLink 8.0 or 9.0, then you can use the free Desktop Integration (DTI)
plug-in that ships with the software to check-in your Word and Excel
documents. DTI will also let you map custom fields within Word and Excel to
attributes within the data management software. You can then pull these
attribute values into your Pro/E drawings.
