I had to redo my server for an upgrade and now my mac address keeps changing. I cannot remember how to set it to one mac address to always be the main one and I couldn't find it in a quick search.

If you have multiple NIC cards, try setting the priority via the instructions in Article - CS109594.
If you have a VM, you may need to look at the VM controller (like ESXi and vCenter Server) settings to define a static MAC address keeping in mind that certain MAC addresses are reserved.
