I use the free version of PTC Creo Elements Direct Modeling Express, and fail on getting activation key for offline mode. When I try to submit a request for a key, I get:

It has been like that for a few days now. Any idea how to solve it?
Same result on my side. Also trying since yesterday to get manual activation working with exactly the same error message from Webserver.

same problem and no solution available over the the weekend. The funny thing about it is that after some hours I can get new key but it doesn't accept it.
