Mels on Server 2019

We need to migrate our Mels server from to a new server.
Unfortunately, we haven't had a support contract for years, so we can't download a new Mels and the old one (15.05) doesn't run on a 64bit system.
Would anyone be so kind to send me the latest Mels?

I have absolutely no idea what a "Mels" server is. Creo uses a FlexLM license server.

MEls is the license server for ME10 (quite old, but we still need it).
