Need to reinstall Windows. What do I do?

I need to send in my laptop for repairs and they said they will do a clean install of Windows. What should I do with my PTC installation before I send it in?

Jonathan,

Just take a backup of your custom files i.e. Config.pro, config.sup, ..ui and of course your data.
