New Web-Based Lmadmin - How to Flush a license??

Can you flush a license in the new Flexnet manager through the interface?    I had the need today.  Myself and another admin could never figure it out. 

Tried to use a command prompt.  The ptcflush command returns "You are not a license administrator".

Did they remove this functionality?

It appears I have stumbled upon my own answer.   This paragraph is located in the

Creo3 Install guide.     Document - CS47365 also suggests this solution.  It just didn't appear in my search because the knowledge base search tool uses a worthless algorythm.
