I am using Creo Parametric Release 6.0 and Datecode6.0.2.0
After installing Windows 10 21H2 update to build 19044.2006 anytime Creo (Parametric or Simulate) is started an error "No write access to C:\Users\Public\Documents" is displayed. Directory permissions are ok and user can manually create folder sand write files to that directory. Able to proceed when browsing to and selecting C:\Users\Public\Documents.
Also now when trying to create a part with the default template New File Options are required, was never required before.
Uninstall and re-install of Creo does not fix the issue.
Here are the errors that I faced
No write access to C:\Users\Public\Documents

Hi,
please follow this "test procedure":
If the test was unsuccessul then change permissions for C:\Users\Public\Documents directory.
If the test was successul then upload trail file related to Creo session. Maybe I will find some information in it.
If you right-click your Creo shortcut, what is the "start in" location? I'm guessing that it's now pointing to C:\Users\Public\Documents. Was that the location you were using before? Can you use another location instead?
