Node Locked License Generation Issue

I am using Creo Parametric Release 9.0 and Datecode9.0.0.0

I am running Creo Installation Assistant. Every time I enter the sales order number under "Node Locked License Generation" in the License Identification section, I keep getting an error message.

Here are the errors that I faced
Error! License request for this SON is in process. Please verify that this has completed successfully and contact PTC License Management if necessary.

I saw that there is a support case made on my behalf. But does it usually take this long?

You ask if it takes "this long" but don't specify how long you have been waiting. Minutes? Hours? Days?

If you got the license through a Value Added Reseller (VAR), the best bet may be to contact them. They are usually pretty experienced in dealing with license issues, and can often get quicker response to questions.

Getting results out of PTC can be a bit of a wait, maybe a few hours, sometimes a couple of days, at least in my experience.

to get license file you need PTC user account "attached" to your company.

Go to https://support.ptc.com/appserver/common/account/secure/wamMain.jsp page and verify it.

 

If you have such account then you can go to https://support.ptc.com/apps/licensePortal/auth/ssl/advsearch page and get license file.

You may contact PTC License Management to generate a license for machine.
