Not be able to open SD.exe version 8.0

I do have an account by PTC.com.

On my new computer I installed (several times) Creo Elements Direct Modeling Express 8.0 .

After opening I get this error and it keeps coming every time. See also picture below.

Please help what to do.

Hi,

according to https://community.flexera.com/t5/AdminStudio-Knowledge-Base/The-Code-Execution-Cannot-Proceed-Because-mfc140u-dll-Was-Not/ta-p/60 , mfc140u.dll is part of the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 redistributable.

So install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 redistributable (both 32-bit and 64-bit).
