My favorite part of this email is:
"We had a need to disallow such for a particular user."
There has to be a good story behind this!

Normally, our users have local admin rights for their own PC's.
However, we had a need to disallow such for a a particular user.
This had an odd impact on the eDrawings viewer (2007).
When launched, all we get is this pop-up:
We confirmed that this happens on any PC where the user is not an admin.
If they are an admin, all works fine.
Anyone seen this and know how to fix it?
