One of our users is experiencing issue with PTC Control Center not updating Creo and not being able to be updated. When trying to perform a fresh install of the Control Center is says we can't overwrite the current install. Tried everything from an IT stand point except a fresh install of windows. I opened a ticket for this issue and no resolution was ever found.
Submitted logs and had multiple calls for it. We've had this happen between 4-5 different users and the only way we were able to resolve it was a fully fresh install of Windows.
Make sure you make a PTC tech support ticket for this. Hopefully something simple but since this stuff is relatively new, they need to see the issues!
