PTC Creo Elements/Direct 3D Access crash in Lenovo laptop

Hello!

Does anyone have some problem with PTC Creo Elements/Direct 3D Access 19.0 and Lenovo laptops? Especially Lenovo Carbon X1 ja Lenovo x240 laptops, both with Windows 8.1 Enterprise 64bit.

When I try to open .pkg -package file, there comes error: "System Message: SIGNAL RECEIVED: Segmentation violation". And when I press OK, comes second error: " 'vport1' frozen due to Graphics Error!.

And when I try to open .igs -file, laptop usually reboot itself. I have many laptops, like Lenovo T400 ja and Lenovo T61's, but there are no problems.

I updated display adapter drivers ja chipset drivers, with no luck. Can anyone help me, please?

I have a Lenovo 920 yoga and am having troubles starting up Creo Elements/Direct 19.0. I have receive the following error upon start-up:

'vport1' frozen due to Graphics Error!

Additionally, this is accompanied by a 2nd error in another dialogue box:

Action failed Create_vp/signal/sigsegv

-I have an integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620, "GT2", which I have confirmed is configured correctly for openGL hardware acceleration.

-Other details: Windows 10 Home (x64), Intel core(4) i7-8550u with 16GB SDRAM DDR4, 512 GB SSD, 3840x2160 res

 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I have used the same download source, from my secure office site, as I used for my desktop which worked well. I am not sure what the issue is. Any suggestions?

I have the same problem. I get exactly the same messages using PTC Creo Elements/ Direct Modelling Exprress 6.0 on a Lenovo X1 Carbon 5th Signature Edition. (Windows 10)
