PTC Web Installation for Creo Illustrate stuck at "License server is being installed"

Hello,

I am trying to install Creo Illustrate taking the steps suggested as in the shipment info. I downloaded the PTC Web Installation Assisstant but it gets stuck when installing the license server (see screenshot). The license file includes SERVER and DAEMON as in the following (I replaced the real HOSTID through **, the HOSTID in the license file is correct):

SERVER __HOSTNAME__ PTC_HOSTID=**-**-**-**-** ****
DAEMON ptc_d __PTCD_PATH__

Do you have any idea what I can do to solve this?

Try downloading license manager installer from below link for respective hardware and complete the installation.
