PTC is now accepting entries for its Showcase Your Greatness Product Design Competition. We invite designers and engineers to submit work in any number of categories up until April 29th, 2016 11:59 pm EST.
Prizes: Winners receive up to $3000 USD, a trip to LiveWorx 2016 in Boston, MA, and featured placement in Winning Product Designs showcase.
Enter one or multiple designs in any number of categories, including industrial equipment, consumer products, medical device/life sciences, aerospace & automotive, and electronics & high tech.
“The categories are just suggestions,” says Brianna Dixion, Marketing Specialist at PTC. “We’ll accommodate cool designs in any area.”
Judges are looking for models that clearly fulfill their design intent, show originality, and complexity. “They’ll also be looking at aesthetics,” says Dixion. “They want to see models that solve some design problem, and look really good doing it.”
Submit designs in PTC Creo file format or any standard neutral formats, such as STEP or IGES.
