Performance advisor for PTC Creo

Hello,

I have a PTC Creo Parametric Essential license. In my support page i can't access to performance Advisor for PTC Creo.

Is it normal? Has someone same iussue?

Hi,

you have to be Online Supervisor user or Online Supervisor user must grant you the right to Performance Advisor.

Go to Accounts-PTC.com and click Manage your existing Account link.
