Piping and Cabling extension

I am having issues getting the cabling extension to work on my computer.  We have 2 fixed liscense for the product.  the cabling application is available on the applications ribbon, however, when i click the cabling icon, i get the file options licensing error, there are no floating options currently accessible.

is there something in my configuration that is messing this up?

Hi,

Piping and Cabling extension license modules must be added to basic Creo license during launch command configuration.

If you skipped this step then you can edit parametric.psf file manually to achieve the same goal.

  • open parametric.psf file in Notepad
  • locate line beginning with ENV=CREOPMA_FEATURE_NAME=
  • add following numbers between parenthesis to get ENV=CREOPMA_FEATURE_NAME=NameOfYourLicense (48 57 61)

Explanation:

#FeatureName        Product

#*************************************

#48                  CABLING
#57                  HARNESS-MFG
#61                  PIPING
